This apartment is a calm spot in the real downtown of the city.
It's a flat on 160sqm area, that has 5 bedrooms, a big kitchen, spacious living-room, 3 bathrooms and lots of storage :) So don't let yourself be fooled by the number of rooms, you have a lot of private space here - and also potentially a place to spen memorable time and estabilish long-lasting friendships.
Currently our tenants are all young females - it is not a rule, but we can to consider personal preferences. :)
Astoria metro station is in the heart of the historical city center, part of which is called the "jewish district", a short walk from Gozsdu Court, Basilica, the Synagogue, and close to ELTE, CEU, Corvinus, Pazmany, Semmelweis and other universities! The location of the apartment and the building is definitely unique. It is convenient to stay close to every main attraction and place to go.
You can save a lot of time on travelling by choosing this location.
The community of the tenants is made of young professionals and calm lifestyle students, all around the same age.

This room is one of our tenant favourites. It has a lot of natural light and during the day lots of sunshine that makes it ideal for plant lovers. In addition to its french balcony with charming city panorama, it also has its own bathroom, so you don't need to compromise, you can have your own private zone, but you can build great connections during your stay!
The price of the room is 550€/month.

Room 4 - Available immediately! February 2025
This room is also a tenant favourite, as this is our biggest room in the apartment. It's a really peaceful room, facing the inner garden of the building. Its giant windows provide a lot of natural light. What else? Well this room has one thing none of them offers... a huge TERRACE that is facing to this garden. You can lie down or just enjoy your morning coffee here. You have socket for home-office or study time from home, and also light outside.
Although it does not have its own bathroom, it has direct access to the biggest bathroom, which is only shared with one other person. it also has its own bathroom.
The price of the room is 550€/month.

The room has everything you may need during your stay. Currently it has a single bed, but we can upgrade it to a queen bed in case you prefer that.
